Project Lead Resources
Project Lead, a project of FPG Child Development Institute, worked with experts in adult learning, personnel preparation, and leadership training to develop this model of leadership development, designed specifically for community leaders in the fields of early childhood and early intervention for young children. Resources and materials, which will soon be available online, have been piloted with diverse participants who represented all sectors of the service system, including families.
Facilitator benefits include an institute format for a suggested two-day schedule, modules that can be individualized, and flow guides with pre-post session activities and guidelines. Your participants will build skills, forge partnerships, and shape systems change in their community to ensure quality outcomes for children and families.
