Inclusive Child Care

Inclusive Child Care is designed to give adults information that they need to include children with disabilities in regular child care programs. Professionals who provide instruction in the early childhood field will find the curriculum comprehensive and easy to use. The curriculum consists of eight modules requiring 44 hours of class time and divided into 2-hour sessions. Although modules are designed to be used sequentially, instructors may use the course in any way that meets the need of their participants. The course is appropriate for community college students and early care and education professionals serving children, birth through age five years, in a variety of early childhood settings.
