Libby provides workshops and consultation related to improving the quality of care for children with and without special needs. She enjoys working with individuals and groups to learn about their interests and preferences so that she can plan technical assistance to meet their needs. Participating on committees and spending time in early childhood settings is something else Libby likes to do as often as possible. She serves western piedmont, foothills and mountain counties.
