Objectives
- Refine as necessary and build consensus across the state of Florida for-the child and family outcome statements, indicators and questions for use by the state's Part C system within the Part C evaluation.
- Identify measurement and data collection approaches for the child and family outcomes system, including determining feasibility of procedures and conducting the preliminary work for the development of the database infrastructure.
- Build the capacity of the local providers to reliably, efficiently, and consistently collect and report outcome data.
- Build the capacity of Part C state and local programs administrators to use outcome data for program improvement.
