Stakeholders from existing early childhood work in Colorado will form a GSEG stakeholders group.
Delaware child outcomes workgroup
Subgroups:
1. Child indicators (Identification of common indicators)
2.Data and programming (Common data elements for 0-5 and how they can be collected and utilized)
3. Reporting and assessment (Identify tools and instruments to measure outcome indicators)
Will most likely be using the evaluation work group as the primary stakeholder group, but may develop additional stakeholder groups for broader input and involvement.
Will be developing stakeholder groups, but still have to decide how many to form and the logistics involved.

Technical panel - To review KY alternate assessment.
Advisory board - Made up of stakeholders. Will oversee project and provide input into activities, review findings, and act as facilitators.
Integrated content and design teams to develop content maps one for each content area for three school levels (12 total)
Center for Universal Design for Learning - Will review content maps to ensure alignment with principles of Universal Design for Learning.

Different groups will work together on concept mapping: expert group (including parents and professionals) NYSDOH leaders, project staff and national consultants.
Stakeholder feedback and work groups. Work group will keep project on track and accomplish assigned tasks. Stakeholders will provide feedback.
A core team will take on the role of project oversight.
A design review team of stakeholders will be established which will be called upon to participate in the creation of the criteria for selecting outcomes and indicators.
An expert panel will be convened to review the priority outcome statements and determine the thoroughness, necessity and accuracy of the array selected.
