Spanish ITERS-R out now Escala de Calificación del Ambiente para Bebés y Niños Pequeños - Edición Revisada is a complete translation into Spanish of the Infant-Toddler Environment Rating Scale - Revised Edition. The translation includes all 39 items, the scoresheet, the profile and the introduction.

As with the Spanish ECERS-R, which was published in 2002 (see the order info page), a committee of Spanish speakers from several Latin American countries reviewed the ITERS-R translation work in progress to ensure clarity and accuracy across dialects.

The Rating Scales have been translated with the authors' permission into many languages over the years, but the Spanish ITERS-R and ECERS-R are the only ones to be translated under the authors' personal direction. The authors next plan to translate into Spanish the soon-to-be-revised FDCRS (probably in late 2005).
