If you have a question about any of the Environment Rating Scales, please first look through our "FAQs" listed below. If you do not find your question listed, please send the question to Lisa Waller
In order to ensure that your question is received, it is recommended that you send your question, “return receipt”. Questions will be answered within two business days after being received. If your question cannot be answered within that time-frame, an email will be sent to you letting you know when you can expect a response.
To help expedite the process, when asking a question about one of the rating scales, please remember to include the item(s) and/or indicator(s) related to your question.
