Carolina Communication Project: Language of Children with Fragile X Syndrome, Down Syndrome, Autism Spectrum Disorders, or Typical Development
This is a group of projects studying the speech and language of children with fragile X syndrome, Down syndrome, autism spectrum disorders, and children who are developing typically. We are currently recruiting participants for a study that aims to:
- Describe the characteristics of children’s conversational and narrative skills in different contexts
- Determine how language skills change as children get older
- Identify factors affecting children’s language development
