• increasing the number of highly qualified personnel serving individuals with autism spectrum disorders (ASD)?
• implementing evidence-based practices for children and youth with ASD?
• establishing model sites for the demonstration of evidence based practices at the preschool, elementary, and middle/high school levels?
• developing, implementing, and continuously monitoring a plan for linking pre- and in-service professional development to child, family, practitioner, and system levels outcomes?
• establishing a sustainable system of ongoing professional development and technical assistance for the provision of high quality services for individuals with ASD?
