This upcoming resource from NPDCI is a new concept paper that will focus on how to address inclusive program quality in professional development efforts. 

Professional Development Models that Support Collaboration and Change in Early Childhood OR A Comparison of Professional Development Models
As an addendum to the concept paper on the definition and framework of professional development, this document, presented as a table, offers definitions and examples of several professional development models.

Inclusion definition and position statement (DEC/NAEYC)
A joint position statement, developed with collaborative input from both DEC and NAEYC, as well as other key stakeholders.
