FPG Child Development Institute facilitated the development of a joint position statement and definition of early childhood inclusion approved jointly by the two largest early childhood organizations in the country.

FPG Co-Sponsors Minority Videoconference

FPG is a co-sponsor of the 15th annual Summer Public Health Research Videoconference on Minority Health which will be broadcast live online June 9, from 1:30 to 4 p.m. FPG Scientist Dina Castro will join a distinguished panel of education and public health leaders who will discuss ways to overcome inequities in education and health.

New Book Profiles Early Education in Six Countries

France, Germany, Japan, New Zealand, Sweden and the United States have all grappled with how to deliver, govern, and finance early education. FPG Senior Scientist Richard Clifford and Research Specialist Gisele Crawford (Eds.) compare how the six countries have approached similar challenges in Beginning School: US Policies in International Perspective.

FPG Releases New Video on Early Childhood Inclusion

Many teachers and families have questions about inclusion. What is it? Is there research to support it? What are characteristics of high quality inclusive settings?
