Plug In Software for Documents, Presentations and Spreadsheets

WordPerfect, PowerPoint, or Excel file and a viewer application did not open
to display the contents, you may need to have a viewer installed on your computer.

Acrobat Reader
Download free Adobe® Reader® software to view, print, and
search Adobe PDF files.
View 3D content, Macromedia® Flash® (SWF) animations, and
Windows Media clips in your Adobe PDF documents.
Find and retrieve any Adobe PDF document or a phrase in a document.
Download the free Foxit PDF software to view, print, and
search Adobe PDF files.
Microsoft
Word / Corel WordPerfect Viewer
This plug in lets you open Word documents for Microsoft or Macintosh.
You can open files with the formats;
Word (.doc), Rich Text Format (.rtf), Text (.txt),
Web Page (.htm, .html, .mht, .mhtml), WordPerfect 5/6 (.doc,
.wpd), Works 6/7 (.wps) and XML (.xml). You can view,
print, and copy the contents to another program. However, you cannot
edit, save or create. This viewer replaces all previous Word Viewers.
Microsoft
Excel Viewer
This plug in lets you open, view, and print Excel workbooks, without having
Microsoft Excel installed. You can copy data from this viewer to another program.
However, you cannot edit data, save a workbook, or create a new workbook.
This viewer replaces all previous Excel Viewers.
Microsoft
PowerPoint Viewer
This plug in lets you view presentations created in Microsoft PowerPoint.
You can view and print presentations, but you cannot edit them. The
PowerPoint features that are not supported:
Information Rights Management (IRM) presentations
Running macros, programs, or opening linked or embedded objects

Flash Player
The Macromedia Flash Player is a multiple-platform client.
Web users must download and install the player in order to view and interact
with Macromedia Flash content. Macromedia distributes Macromedia Flash Player
through Microsoft, Apple, Netscape, Novell, TurboLinux, RedHat and AOL. Macromedia
Flash Player is pre-installed in several web browsers and on many computers. It is
included in Windows XP and Apple Macintosh operating systems.

The Shockwave Player allows you to view interactive web content like demonstrations
and training from your web browser.
