-- Quarterly Report Dates:

Quarters are always as follows:

Quarter 1 = July 1 - September 30
Quarter 2 = October 1 - December 31
Quarter 3 = January 1 - March 31
Quarter 4 = April 1 - June 30

Quarterly Reports are due on the third Friday of the month following a quarter. Here are the report due dates for Fiscal Year 2002-2003:

FY 2002-03 Qtr 1 Report due date = Friday, October 18, 2002
 (and: Actual Outcomes for activities funded FY 01-02 are due October 18, 2002)
 FY 2002-03 Qtr 2 Report due date = Friday, January 17, 2003
FY 2002-03 Qtr 3 Report due date = Friday, April 18, 2003
FY 2002-03 Qtr 4 Report due date = Friday, July 18, 2003

-- The SSQRS Computer Program

User Guide

The User Guide for the 2.xx version of the SSQRS is available from this site. This Guide replaces the User Guide that was distributed with the October 2000 version of the system. Please recycle the pages in the dark blue binder and insert these new pages (approx. 88 pages). The User Guide is available in two formats. Starting with version 2.0.9, the User Guide is included on the SSQR installation/update disk.

1) If you have a fast Internet connection (e.g., T1 line, cable modem, or DSL), try downloading this file: SmartStartQRS_UserGuide.pdf (PDF format, 5.9 MB)

2) Alternatively, we can send you a printed, 3-hole-punched copy of the entire User Guide in the postal mail. Call us at 919.966.3871 or email us at smartstart@unc.edu with your name, address, and request.
